Attorney and client -- disbarrment -- admissions in answer to accusations. Respondent, who was accused of 15 violations of the professional code of ethics controlling the conduct of lawyers, withdrew his answer when the matter came up for trial before a referee appointed by this court, and the matter then stood as upon default. Later, by verified petition, he asked leave to interpose an amended answer which contained admissions and was pregnant with other admissions showing that so many of the accusations made against him are true that on the face of the proposed answer he must be disbarred. Proceeding for the disbarrment of Louis J. Pluto, an attorney at law, referred to the Honorable A. B. Gislason, one of the judges of the ninth judicial district, as referee. Judgment of disbarrment ordered.
