Hall and a jury, wherein Walker-Pence Company was plaintiff and respondent and his wife, Myrtle C. Priebe, were defendants, respondent knowingly and wilfully testified falsely that he, respondent, signed the name of his said wife to the note and mortgage involved in said action, when in truth and in fact the same were signed by the wife personally.
